Business conditions in the property market
Since the 2000's, the property market in Liège has been on an upwards trajectory, both in terms of the number of transactions and prices.
This upward trend has manifested itself with varying intensity in the housing, office, shops and logistics sectors.
However, the prices remain affordable and very competitive in comparison with the neighbouring Flemish, Dutch and German markets.
